Customer notice

Chatting with a Super Intelligent (SI) receptionist. The business you're chatting with uses Recepsi, an automated assistant, to answer questions and take booking requests. It is not a person. The business can read your chat and may contact you about your enquiry. Please don't share ID numbers (NRIC/FIN, passport), card numbers, passwords or health details.

Your messages are kept for up to 12 months (less if the business chooses) and then deleted. To generate replies, they're processed by our language-model provider, OpenAI, outside Singapore, which doesn't use them for training. To access or delete your messages, contact the business directly; it decides how your data is used.

After you send your first message, the chat saves an anonymous chat ID in your browser's local storage, which expires after 24 hours of inactivity. If you appear to be an automated bot, the chat may run a Cloudflare security check to block spam. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Full details: Recepsi privacy policy, section 9.
